New Daylighting Panels for Curtain Wall Systems

Crane Composites, Inc. a Crane Company, has collaborated with Major Industries on the development and recent release of SunStrong™ PRS a revolutionary fiberglass plastic composite daylighting panel.

Crane Composites, previously known as Kemlite Company, developed this new fiberglass panel using a technologically advanced polymer resin system containing the most up-to-date U.V. screening agents and color stability package. The innovative SunStrong PRS product will provide significantly longer lasting translucency and greater protection against the effects of yellowing and fiberbloom than traditional FRP products.

Crane Composites is very excited to announce that the SunStrong PRS panel will be offered as a component on Major Industries' new Ultimate Series™ Curtain Wall System. This new system is the culmination of an extensive research and development program launched by both companies in an effort to revolutionize the Curtain Wall industry.
